The Collaboration Core is an administrative unit within the UW College of Engineering established to support interdisciplinary institutes, centers, and facilities.
Support for the Collaboration Core is provided by the College of Engineering and participating units, which include the Clean Energy Institute, Institute for Nano-Engineered Systems, Molecular Engineering & Sciences Institute, Molecular Engineering Materials Research Center, NESAC/BIO, Molecular Analysis Facility, Washington Clean Energy Testbeds and the Washington Nanofabrication Facility.
The Collaboration Core maintains centralized operations and coordinates staffing and specialized support for research, education, communications, and events. The Collaboration Core is a general resource across the College of Engineering and beyond, helping to advise units about administering collaborative research efforts.
